It's heartening to find Vaclav Havel still talking such a deal of sense after all these years (although, as usual with Havel, his starting point seems somehow peripheral to the mainstream, being the EU's appeasement of Castro. However, such a starting point for a man like Havel is understandable and fitting, I guess.):
